Gone are the days of "dial up", that is, dial-up networking, now there is online work. Internet connection is very important for more efficient work.
Everything else you plan to buy for your office design is not necessary to create a functional office. That doesn't mean you should never buy what you have in mind; you just need to stop and think before you make your office design and budget.
