Watching TV series, the rising passion and trend of recent years, has taken over our free time. Whether it's those who stay up for 1 more episode before going to sleep and finish the season, or those who spend their travel plans traveling to the series plateaus; it has become everyone's indispensable hobby. Binge-watching, the binge-watching that Netflix has left in the middle of our lives, has become popular with many series followers over time.

Once again, a powerful series is coming that will keep us up until the morning. Fans of Game of Thrones, which has influenced the whole world and is the favorite of series lovers, will be very happy with this news. Released on August 21, House of Dragon is set 300 years before the Game of Thrones series.

From medieval castles to the coast of Spain, here are some of the House of the Dragon locations where you can follow in the footsteps of the Targaryen dynasty.

Spain, Caceres

Caceres, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Spain, is one of the main locations where House of Dragon was filmed. According to photos leaked on social media, historic Cáceres has once again been transformed into Westeros. This charming city has exceptionally well-preserved squares, palaces and towers.

Although it is a city that attracts a lot of tourists, it is inevitable that this will increase after the series.

England, Cornwall

Cornwall, which is known as one of the regions of England with unique seascapes, showed itself in the first trailer of the series. Based on this, it seems that many scenes were filmed at St. Michael's Mount, Holywell Bay and Penhale Camp in Cornwall. Fans have already flooded social media with snapshots of the sets and costumes seen in various locations across the popular peninsula.

Portugal, Monsanto

Known as the Stone City, Monsanto is an epic city, notable for its houses nestled among giant boulders. With its romantic cobblestone streets and unique views, it obviously won the hearts of the show's art team.

Fans hoping to visit this fascinating place should know that it is limited in terms of tourism. Monsanto is one of the oldest cities in Portugal and as such, steps have been taken to preserve its distinctive heritage. If you want to spend the night in the footsteps of your favorite characters, there are only a few small hotels and restaurants in the city.
