1. Could you briefly introduce Artı Turizm?

2. What makes you different from other brands in your region?

We strive to be a tourism company with added value with the above-mentioned. We strive to offer special experiences to all our customers, both those coming from outside the city and those residing in our city. We especially refrain from completing the rental procedure by simply handing over the car key. In this context, even when our customers want to rent a normal car, we try to make them feel special when they get into the car they rented.

So, how do we do this?

- We make you feel trust: We deliver new, low mileage, service-maintained, warranted, insured, insured vehicles with full safety precautions from spare tire to fire extinguisher, and we introduce them to them one by one.

- In addition, before each vehicle is delivered to each of our customers, we make them go through a checklist consisting of 39 separate items. Our aim in this checklist is to check every point properly, both in terms of safety and cleanliness, and to deliver the vehicle to our customer in maximum perfection. We also take pictures or videos of the important points and share them with our customers, saying "And we checked it for you, trust us, get in your vehicle and enjoy it".

- We make you feel the comfort: We never deliver a vehicle without maximum hygienic cleaning both inside and outside the vehicle. When our customers get into the vehicle, they experience and feel that they are getting into a clean and well-maintained vehicle at every point from the seats to the ashtray, from the vehicle handle to the sun visor, and that they can travel comfortably with their family or relatives in terms of both appearance and smell. Receiving these as feedback from them motivates us to continue running with the same enthusiasm as on the first day.

- We make them feel privileged: We have a VIP Travel package specially developed for Artı Turizm. None of our vehicles set off without this VIP travel package, regardless of the number of rental days or the price to be charged. In this VIP travel package, we provide our customers with small treats and gifts that they can use during their travels.

- We also add a special neck brace or even an in-car massage cushion to accompany them on long road trips and we never charge extra for these.

3. What were the main trends affecting the car rental industry in 2024?

Unfortunately, 2023 and 2024 were unfortunate years for our city and region. The catastrophe of the century caused us great losses not only materially - and I wish it was only material - but also morally. However, without losing hope, we are all determined to develop our city and region in a spirit of unity, solidarity and solidarity. In this context, we strive to do our best as a company with all our devotion.

Of course, this situation has seriously affected our sector along with all sectors.
As for our fleet vehicles, which are the main players in the sector, we are now in a period of rapid evolution to hybrid, electric and even smart devices. The use of these vehicles, which are cleaner and more environmentally friendly than fossil fuel vehicles in terms of preventing environmental pollution, is a new trend in our sector. Maybe not immediately, but it is an absolute fact that electric and smart vehicles will take a large share of the cake in a very short time. Of course, issues such as spare parts, service network and conscious users need to reach a little more maturity in this regard.

4. What are your predictions and plans for the sector in 2025?

As mentioned above, in 2025, the tendency towards electric devices and/or small motorized devices with low fuel consumption will increase even more. Our own plans will be to offer electric devices to our customers with brands that have reached a mature level of service network and spare parts and to provide practical solutions.
